Q. What do you think about the fact that Singapore has positioned itself as a center of innovation, research, and development?

A. I think it is a very smart idea! To position itself like that is only good for Singapore and its citizens, with no negative that I can think of. To position itself like that, Singapore is trying to say that they are advanced in innovation, research, and development. If this is the case, it will benefit the economy of the country because big, international organizations will want to bring their businesses into Singapore. This will improve the lives of its citizens because they can have better work opportunities with these international companies. All of this will give Singapore a greater reputation which will create an even better economy. It is a step in the right direction for any country.
