Gaeng daeng is a colorful, spicy, and delicious Thai curry. The main ingredients of gaeng daeng are meat, curry paste, and coconut milk. To enrich the flavor of gaeng daeng, the Thais add spices and herbs of garlic, onion, chili pepper, shrimp, lime, and fish sauce. This Thai red curry can be made with different meat choices of pork, chicken, duck, shrimp, or even tofu. It is often served with steamed rice or bread.

갱댕은 색이 화려하고, 맵고, 맛있는 태국 카레이다. 갱댕의 주요 재료는 고기, 카레 페이스트, 코코넛 밀크다. 태국인들은 갱댕의 풍미를 풍부하게 하기 위해 향신료와 갈릭 허브, 양파, 칠리페퍼, 새우, 라임 그리고 피시소스를 첨가한다.

Q. What type of food do you like to cook? Are there any dishes from other countries that you would like to learn to make?

A. I like to cook dishes that are quick and simple. I especially like to make pasta dishes because I can add whatever ingredients I have. I have never taken cooking classes for pasta. Instead, I learned by watching YouTube videos. I like to watch videos from Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay. The thing that I want to try next is to learn how to bake breads and cookies. I have never tried but I really like focaccia breads so I will give it a shot. I do not know when I can find the time but I will sooner or later.
