Watermelon is my favorite fruit to have in the summer-time. To me, the taste of watermelon is fresh as a daisy. Summer is the best season to enjoy this fresh melon. I also like it because it is packed full of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. It is incredibly hydrating, as it is made of up to 92 percent water. It is also low in fat and calories. Having watermelon on a daily basis has been shown to improve heart and blood vessel health and protect our eyes and immune system.
