My name is Jason Ashwin. I graduated with a Diploma in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) from Management and Science University, which has given me the knowledge and skills to guide students in mastering English effectively. My academic journey has shaped me into a confident individual who has grown from being an introvert into someone more extroverted, able to connect with people and express myself openly.
I truly enjoy teaching, and at the same time, I find joy in cooking. Both passions allow me to share creativity and care with others, whether it is through guiding students in their learning or preparing meals that bring people together. I am naturally friendly and approachable, and I especially love spending time with children, as their energy and curiosity inspire me.
I have gained valuable working experience as a teacher. This role has strengthened my classroom management skills, particularly in planning and organization. I take pride in creating a structured yet engaging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to achieve their best.
As a teacher, I am passionate about helping students learn and grow. I am patient and understanding, and I manage the classroom effectively by balancing discipline with encouragement.
