Hello, my name is Seetha Ganeson. I am a graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with First Class Honours and a strong academic background in management and human development. Throughout my studies, I discovered my passion for teaching, guiding others, and creating learning experiences that help students grow both academically and personally.
My interest in becoming a teacher comes from my belief that education can change lives. I enjoy breaking down concepts, explaining ideas in simple ways, and encouraging students to think confidently. I have also gained experience in tutoring, supporting students with homework, revision, and understanding difficult topics. These experiences strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to adapt to different learning styles.
I believe a good teacher is not only knowledgeable but also caring, organised, and committed to continuous self-improvement. I aim to create a learning environment that is positive, structured, and motivating, where every student feels seen and supported.
