Hello! I’m Nursyafiqa Binti Azmi. My journey here started with a background in engineering.I studied Aircraft Maintenance Engineering at Aero Malaysian Engineering Centre (2021–2023) and completed a diploma-level Micro-Credentials programme at Unifield International College. Although my training was technical, it sharpened my analytical thinking and problem solving skills qualities I now bring to the classroom along with strong organizational abilities. I always aim to begin with a warm, inviting tone, because that approachability lays the foundation for trust and positive connections .
My path into education makes me adaptable and empathetic.I apply the analytical skills from my engineering background to help students solve problems, and I’m always collaborating with teachers to create the best learning environment. I truly believe every child learns best when they feel safe, seen, and supported .I Believed empathy from teachers creates a positive classroom environment that helps students succeed .
You might notice I’m quiet at first, but I’m very observant and deeply caring. Building trust is important to me by showing respect and empathy for each student’s needs, I help them feel safe and valued . I let my personality shine through in a calm, friendly way, because an authentic approach builds connection .I want every child to know they’re not alone and can succeed at their own pace.
I’m passionate about growing as an educator and excited to collaborate with this wonderful community. I look forward to supporting our students’ growth and learning alongside my colleagues, and to celebrating every success, big or small.
