I am a patient and empathetic teacher. I am currently studying for a masters degree in Linguistics and Education, because I am always working to improve myself both as a teacher and a student!

Learning to speak a foreign language can be an uncomfortable experience, especially as an adult when one is already used to speaking one's own native language so naturally. Therefore, as a teacher, I believe in meeting my students from a place of empathy so that each individual student can get what they need out of the time they are putting in. My number one priority is making class time feel like a comfortable and encouraging place to make mistakes in order to improve. Let's meet our goals together!

I am an American English tutor, with 2+ years of teaching experience. Most recently I was a Princeton in Asia teaching fellow, where I taught Oral English and Translation and Interpretation to International Business and Diplomacy majors at China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing, China.
