A. I would prefer red wine. I have tried white wine but I find that the flavor of red wine goes better with most dinner meals. I find white wine goes well only with fish. I don’t often have fish in a restaurant, so I usually go with red wine. I have also tried some dessert wines that are sweet, but most of them are a little too sweet for me. I am, however, dying to try the ice wine! The process of making it and the flavor sounds very interesting!
