Poutine is one of the most well-known Canadian dishes. It is made with fries, cheese curds, and with hot gravy poured on top. This slightly messy dish has an incredible taste enjoyed by many. Pulled pork, bacon, and smoked meat can also be added to this dish for a more special taste. Similar to mashed potatoes with gravy, the crunchy texture of the cheese curd and crispy fries brings it to another level.
