Day 8 – Time

My neighbor Lisa manages her time better than anyone I know! Lisa is a mom of two young boys. She runs her own business, but she still manages to have time to spend time with her husband and boys. Every morning, Lisa goes for a jog, walk her dogs, and do the laundry. Her boys and her husband always help her with preparing the lunches for the day, so she has more time to do what she needs to do, and she always goes to work in a suit with beautiful makeup on. I can’t imagine how she gets everything done!

Personally, I like my personal and free time. I like to prioritize different activities or hobbies I have at the moment, and I like to give it all my attention. Once in a blue moon, I will have overly busy days where I am running around all day. But that is only if I sleep in or am behind schedule. I’m sure being a business owner is hard enough and takes so much time, so it is really great that her family always does their best to support her.

I think that people should spend more time doing what they want to do in life, and not following what others think they should do. Our time on earth is not forever, so it is important to spend our time wisely. Time goes by quickly when we aren’t paying attention to it. So making the most out of every moment is the best we can do.
