Mary's mom struggles every morning with her daughter. Mary is not a morning person at all. Mary does not understand why she has to wake up early to go to school. She is only 12 years old, and sometimes she feels that going to school every day is too much work.
The other day, Mary and her friends were talking about how awesome it would be if school attendance were voluntary. They know learning is important and necessary. However, they do not think they should have to be at school every day for certain periods of time to learn.
They all agree that if they could make their own class schedule, they would enjoy learning more. Being at school for more than 6 hours every day can be really exhausting. With online education, they would not have to be at school every day. They could just stay at home and study.
