Please describe what you normally eat for breakfast. Does it affect you if you skip breakfast?
For breakfast, I usually eat Western and sometimes Asian. For a western breakfast, I will usually have yogurt, toast or cereal, fruits, and fried eggs. For an Asian breakfast, I will have miso soup, fried mackerel, and rice. I try to have breakfast everyday but sometimes, when I am running late for school, I skip it. But it is not good for me to skip breakfast, because I find it hard to concentrate on my study.
