The full breakfast is a popular breakfast throughout England. It is not eaten every day but saved for the weekends and holidays. The term "full" comes from the fact that breakfast is full of different foods. A full breakfast may begin with orange juice, cereals, and fruits. The heart of the full breakfast is the bacon, eggs, baked beans, and sausages. It is usually served with grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, fried onions, and toast. A cup of English tea or coffee completes the meal.
Please describe what you normally eat for breakfast. Does it affect you if you skip breakfast?
For breakfast, I usually eat Western and sometimes Asian. For a western breakfast, I will usually have yogurt, toast or cereal, fruits, and fried eggs. For an Asian breakfast, I will have miso soup, fried mackerel, and rice. I try to have breakfast everyday but sometimes, when I am running late for school, I skip it. But it is not good for me to skip breakfast, because I find it hard to concentrate on my study.
