Seating Arrangement

Hello, my name is Sara. In our classroom, where we sit and whom we sit with is a big deal. Our teacher changes the seating arrangement in our classroom every month. At the beginning of the school year, we decided on our seating arrangement at a class meeting. The teacher picked four students with the best grades to be the group leaders. The four group leaders chose the seats that they wanted to sit in. In addition, they picked team members that they wanted to do group work with for a month. This system encouraged everyone to study hard and participate in class activities, as everyone wanted to be picked as a group leader. Once I sat at the back of the classroom. It was difficult to focus on lessons throughout that month and I did not get good grades. I will work harder this month so that I can be chosen as one of the group leaders. I want to make the best group with my close friends.
