Hello, my name is Jamie. I like to watch television. Television is almost my life. After coming home from school, sitting on a comfortable sofa and watching television seems to relieve all my stress from the day. I watch television for at least 2 hours a day on weekdays and 4 hours on the weekends. But these days, my mom is worried that I spend too much time watching television. She says that when I watch television, my brain is not active, which is not good for students like me. My mom even decided to cut down on my television time as a punishment if I do something wrong. In fact, I think television is very beneficial. I am learning a lot from television. For example, I learned about various extinct animals and rare animals from my favorite television show, Animal in the World.
