Class President

Hello, my name is Peter. The class president election was held last week for my class. Candidates are usually recommended by peers. During the week, candidates run their election campaigns to win. Eventually, it became more like a “ popularity contest.” The most popular student became the class president. I often wonder if the student elected will lead our class well with real leadership.Last year, to avoid this kind of "popularity contest," all the students in my class took turns taking the role of class president. Of course, not all students were good class leaders, but I think it was a good opportunity for everyone to learn about leadership.
