Overtime Work

Having a good work life balance is very important to me. I have many friends who work late, and I know many people think that working late will impress their bosses. However, I think that we need a balance. It is important that we work hard and do a good job but it is just as important for us to have a healthy social life and time with our families. I always do my best to finish work as much as possible at work and not bring work home. This way, I get my work done, and I also get to enjoy time with friends and family.

워라벨을 갖는건 나한테 정말 중요하다. 내 주변엔 항상 야근을 하는 친구들이 많다. 많은 사람들은 야근은 그냥 상사들에게 잘 보이기 위해서 하는 거라고 생각한다. 하지만 난 우리 모두에게 밸런스가 중요하다고 생각한다. 물론 일을 열심히 하고 성과를 내는 것도 중요하지만 건강한 사회생활을 하고 친구나 가족들과 보낼 시간도 중요하다. 난 회사에서 가능한 일을 많이 하고 집으로 일감을 가져오지 않는다. 이런 식으로 하면 늦은감이 있는 일들도 빨리 끝내고 친구들이나 가족들과 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있다.
