Watching too much television
As soon as I get home, I turn on the television. Watching television is my favorite pastime. I can’t live without television. Television can be useful. Tuning in to news allows me to stay informed with what is happening in the world. Television can make me feel less lonely and connect me to the world. However, I felt my eyes blurry and gained weight lately. I went to get a checkup from my doctor. He told me that watching too much television is not good for both eyes and body. He told me that I need to exercise more. He suggested that I watch television while I run on the treadmill. This way, I can exercise and watch television at the same time.

너무 많은 티비 시청
나는 집에 오자마자 티비를 튼다. 티비 보는 것은 내가 가장 좋아하는 취미생활이다. 티비 없이는못살것 같다. 티비는 유용할 수 있다. 뉴스를 틀면 세상에 어떻게 돌아가는지 알 수 있게 해준다. 티비는 덜 외롭게 느끼도록 해주며 세상과 연결되게 해준다. 그런데 최근 눈도 흐릿해 지고 몸무게도 늘었다. 건강 검진을 받으러 갔더니 의사선생님이 너무 많은 티비시청은 시력에도 몸에도 좋지 않다고 하셨다. 운동도 더 해야 한다고 하셨다. 의사선생님은 러닝머신에서 뛸 동안 티비를 보라고 제안해 주셨다. 이런 식으로 하면 티비도 볼 수 있고 운동도 동시에 할 수 있다.
