First Date

My First Date
I remember my first date when I was a freshman in college. I had a huge crush on the boy for a long time, and he finally asked me on a date! It felt like a dream to have him. I was so excited that I spent the whole night picking out just the right clothes for a date. I had my nails done with a pink color. I remember that I tried to impress him and gain his attention. We had a wonderful time watching a movie and having dinner together. Every time he turned and looked at me, I got butterflies in my stomach!

내 첫 데이트는 대학 신입생 때였다. 난 오랫동안 그를 짝사랑해왔는데, 마침내 나에게 데이트 신청을 해왔다. 정말 꿈만 같았다. 난 너무 신나서 밤새도록 데이트에 입을 옷을 골랐다. 핑크색으로 메니큐어도 칠했다. 난 그에게 잘 보이고 어떻게 해서든 관심을 끌려고 무진장 애쓴 것 같다. 우린 영화도 보고 저녁도 같이 먹으며 좋은 시간을 보냈다. 그가 돌아서 나를 볼때마다 가슴이 두근거렸다.
