Denise’s Dream
Denise, my highschool friend, has a dream. Her dream is to be a math teacher. She loves math, but she loves to teach it even more. She always helped me and our classmates with any math problems we had. She had a talent for explaining the solutions in a way that we could understand. She also has a lot of patience and passion. I remember that she got a reputation for being a math genius. Unfortunately, she failed the teacher’s exam last year and is trying to take it once again this year. I believe her dream is coming true and she will make a great math teacher.

내 고등학교 동창 데니스는 꿈이 있다. 그녀는 수학교사가 되고 싶어한다. 수학을 좋아하기도 하지만 무엇보다 수학을 가르치는 것을 좋아한다. 그녀는 항상 나와 반아이들이 수학문제를 어려워할 때마다 도와주었다. 확실히 우리가 잘 이해할 수 있게끔 해답을 잘 설명하는 재주가 있다. 인내심과 열정도 대단하다. 수학천재라는 명성도 가졌던 걸로 기억한다. 하지만 안타깝게도 작년에 임용고시에서 떨어지고 올해 한 번 더 도전한다. 제발 그녀의 꿈이 이루어지길 바라고, 꼭 훌륭한 수학선생님이 될 꺼라 믿는다.
