I am a diligent, resilient and a good listener. My strengths include being communicative, patient and enthusiastic. I like to think of myself as a warm and positive person. I always build good relationships with my students while making sure they learn comfortably. Improvement is what I always believe in, for both my students and I.

What my students can expect from my class is a comfortable space where mistakes are welcome in order to learn how to improve them. I have skills with the English language aside from this being my second language, it also plays a significant part in my education. My teaching style is “discussion” type where I encourage my students to discuss with me the learning materials, allowing them to express themselves more. My goals for this class is to ensure students can learn the use of expressions, expand their vocabulary and allow them to communicate in English with confidence.
▶ Tutor’s experience
My teaching experience can be traced back in my high school years when I used to help my fellow students learn certain subjects. I have also taught Korean students about lessons they cannot understand well due to the language barrier between them and the teachers. Since I am a Psychology major, I am required to have the skill to communicate well with other people and to assist them in speaking up in order to improve themselves.
