There are a number of places in Canada where visitors can observe the magnificent beluga whales. The chance to meet one of these amazing marine mammals in person is rare. Kayaking trips provide visitors the incredible opportunity to meet these gentle creatures up close for two hours. The beluga whales are friendly and incredibly social animals. A. I think that it might be a little intimidating in the beginning because it is so rare for us to see any wild creatures up close. It can be a little scary because we do not know what they will do or if they will hurt us. However, after the beginning, I think meeting these creatures up close can be an amazing experience! Especially if they come up close to me, and are friendly and sociable. It makes me think that we are not so different from these wild creatures after all.
