Churros are slightly sweet because of the sugar and cinnamon coating. Aside from chocolate, what sauce would you like to try with churros and why?
A.
I often like to mix the flavors of my desserts. For example, sweet and sour, or sweet and salty. In this case, since churros are already slight sweet, I think I would like to try a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce with it. At footballs games, a popular snack food is fried potato wedges. These potato wedges are often served with honey mustard sauce and is delicious with the wedges. Since churros and potato wedges are both fried with a slight crunchy texture, I think it would go well with churros too. Another sauce that I would like to try with churros is garlic sauce. Garlic sauce is normally made with mayonnaise, a little garlic juice, and lemon juice. The combination gives the sauce a tangy and slightly spicy flavor which I think will go really well with churros.
