What do you think about the man-made Sentosa Island?

I think that it is very interesting that we can create islands. It blows me away to think that we have the technology to do so. On the one hand, I think we should embrace these new technologies. I wonder if these advance technologies are good for us and for nature. I think about what harm we can cause the ocean or creatures in the ocean when we first make a man-made island. I also think about the sand and earth that were required to create the island. Where did they get that from, and what harm was caused to nature in doing so? In some ways, it is good for us to take control of nature around us, but I think we need to be careful of how far we go.
